Study of the value orientations and soft skills in modern senior high school students (in the context of the doctrine of sustainable development)

The concept of sustainable development involves maintaining the stability social systems through human capital. formation values and universal skills youth population is an important component article studies problem readiness school leavers for academic activity professional labor that expressed by degree value orientations, which are basis non-specialized soft skills. level senior high students in modern comprehensive schools, ensures behavioral characteristics self-organization work ethics, depends on they share, were studied using survey method. randomized Rostov region (N = 4037, 59.3% girls), carried out 2019, was aimed at identification elements collectivism - egoism minds young people normative deviant components behavior motivation. orientations re-duced to social-cognitive attitudes. authors proceeded from fact evident directly associated with manifestations / behavior.
